About
Founders
Selby & Mills was built around two complementary careers — chartered occupational psychology and pioneering computing — bringing IT-delivered psychometrics into the mainstream.
Chartered Occupational Psychologist
Colin is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a PhD in Business Management. He has extensive consulting experience in Europe, America, Africa and Asia.
He has held teaching posts at London Business School, Manchester University and The Open University, and has been a Fellow with the School of Business & Social Sciences at Surrey University, Roehampton.
He has been an executive member of the Division of Occupational Psychology of the British Psychological Society, with special responsibility for Public and International Relations for the profession.
★ In 2010 Colin was shortlisted for 'Occupational Psychologist of the Year' in the UK.
Computing pioneer
Graham worked in the computer industry for most of his career — functioning in both software engineering and marketing.
He pioneered one of the first shops selling IBM PCs and was subsequently Marketing Director of a company selling machines from a major US manufacturer.
He designed and oversaw the development of many major innovations in the use of IT for the delivery of psychometrics and related services — some of which are still unique and ground-breaking today.
